Been on Slimshot for 1 week,yes it doesn't taste great,but it works if you do it as per instructions,has curbed the afternoon cravings and has incouraged me to exercise for an hour a day and eat a healthier diet,so far I have lost 7lbs,another 3 stone to go,but its a healthy start.
